"Post surgery complications from another surgeon led my primary to refer me to this place on 12/28/23. Appt was 1/31/24. CT was ordered by him at that time. Auth for the insurance company was denied due to incorrect application. Kept calling regarding the Appeal. Never happened. Finally had to tough talk with the office manager, (not at all my style). Finally got CT on 4/1/24. Surgeon appt was 4/15/24 ..."

"This facility sucks!!!! First time I went they told me to arrive early. I did. Then they had me sit in the doctor's office where I waited for an hour and half before the doctor finally came in. He had just come back from lunch. I know this, because I could hear his receptionist outside the door, ask him how lunch was. He came into my room about 5 minutes after that.
