"I got a molar tooth implant from them in 2019. At the time, they told me it was a lifetime warranty on the tooth. Fastforward to today, and the tooth they implanted in my mouth is lose. I go to them for a consultation to see what happened and what need to be done to fix it, and even after looking at the xray, he pulls it out of my mouth with NO pain relief, and says oops. I was very uncomfortable ..."
