"Doctor seemed to be capable and confident however the front desk was exceptionally rude and maligns patients to the doctor, inevitably affecting the doctor’s choices in the patient care. When the request was made for the doctor to call an established patient, one can only generously assume that he was never informed as no call was ever received. As a healthcare professional, I was absolutely appalled. ..."
