"I had a worrying bout of hematuria, and requested an immediate appointment when I got back from an overseas trip. The staff was excellent. I saw Dr. Calabrese and he was capable, competent and courteous. He got right to the point and fully explained, in clear and comprehensible terms, what was going on. He did a cystoscopic exam which was pretty painless, and guided me through the entire process, ..."

"I have been dealing with some hematuria and sought help from FRU due to (a) the quality of their website and (b) a strong recommendation by my PCP. I was able to get in quickly to see Dr. Frederick, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The speed of care, ease of communication, and professionalism all exceeded my expectations. I was very favorably impressed."

"Today was my second visit at your facility. I was very disappointed with Dr calabrese and will not return. To put it in a nutshell, he has no bedside manners Recently, I had an appointment with Dr Urskiny and found him to be very helpful, polite and good bedside manners. I wish my appointment could have been with him today. Appointment today was a waste of my time besides upsetting me"
