"This clinic stated they would proceed with cataract surgery then became totally unresponsive for over 7 weeks to follow-up attempts for insurance authorization and surgery scheduling. They do have a message system in place but no calls were ever returned. I abandoned treatment with the clinic and I am proceeding with my treatment with another opthamologist. I do not recommend this clinic."

"This clinic is junk, every time you have an appointment, they make you wait minimum 2-3 hours beyond your scheduled appointment before you’re seen by the doctor. They also cancel your appointments without calling you to let you know. Never going back again, they don’t value their patients."

"Don't bother coming here...I went for an appointment and then I got there and they cancelled me off well just great you won't see me again!!!!I wasted a half of day for nothing!"
