"I was scheduled for an appointment on Thursday May14, 2026. When I arrived the office was closed and their were notes from UPS and a box from Labcorp by the door. I have wounds on my left foot and I have already lost second toe due to amputation in the last two years."

"This afternoon I called for an appointment at the Bluefield, VA office. I asked the receptionist if the office accepted my particular insurance. She said "just a moment and I will find out for you." She put me on hold. I waited and I waited and...I waited... After about 20-25 minutes (still on hold), I thought "maybe she forgot to return to the call", so I hung up and dialed the number once ..."
