"I had a chipped tooth during the COVID 19 pandemic which was non emergency but was concerning me. My concerns were that even though it wasn’t a major issue, if I didn’t get it treated it may have gotten worse. Dr Townes and staff welcomed me, worked me into the schedule and fixed my issue within an hour. WOW. Thanks for your insight, professionalism and genuine concern !!!"

"I've been going to Floss and Smile for several years and always find the hygienist and Dr. Townes thorough and willing to accommodate my needs. This time, I didn't get into the hygienist's chair until 20 minutes after my appointed time. I asked to push off X-rays until fall appointment because I had other appointments I'd be late for. They were happy to do that, which I appreciated."
