"I've had several heath problems with general anesthesia, so I requested a physician instead of a certified nurse anesthetist for my leg surgery. Not only did Gulf to Bay lie to me and assure me that I would be directly monitored by a physician anesthesiologist, but the nurse they provided instead did not follow my instructions or requests.
