"BEWARE The Venice office charged my credit card without my knowledge. Was not given a bill or even asked for my card during my visit. Next day credit card was billed twice. No one will explain or refund the charge. Several voicemails left no one has returned any calls for help. Its been 2 weeks now. Check your statements. "
