"Dr. Heckendorn made confirmed appointments and never saw me. Instead he had nurse practitioners see me. They were very good but limited in their training and probably prohibited from making decisions as to medications, testing procedures and ordering new or modifying medications. "BEWARE The Venice office charged my credit card without my knowledge. Was not given a bill or even asked for my card during my visit. Next day credit card was billed twice. No one will explain or refund the charge. Several voicemails left no one has returned any calls for help. Its been 2 weeks now. Check your statements."
