"This is the worst doctors office staff I have ever seen. First of all the only reason I take my father here is because the doctors are the best in their field and they are very nice and considerate of listening. The doctors I would give 5 stars but the staff there are incompetent, rude, unfriendly and just over all miserable to be around. Why do they keep these people?"

"I'm not sure why the phones are turned off routinely lately. The pharmacy couldn't get them to confirm a script question. They told me it's happened 2x last week as well. I bet the Dr's aren't even aware."

"We took my 87 year old mother on referral, to get results from an MRI. She has dementia, and uses a walker. She had a 10 am appointment and we were on time. They made her wait more than an hour and a half to see Dr. Sbei. My mother said she was unimpressed with him, and will not see him again."
