"There seems. To be no way to contact Flagstaff, surgical associates, by telephone or computer. My recent experience has been horrible since I had a follow up appointment after a colinoscopy. They canceled it and set up a telemed appointment instead. That's ok except I was never called at the time of the appointment . There was no way for me to call them.
