"Good treatment by the medical staff. Terrible treatment by the office staff. My appointment was at 8:30. Had to go back and forth to the clinic to get a prescription that was not sent to the pharmacy 1mile away. Picked up a paper prescription, went to the pharmacy…the script wasn’t signed by a doctor. Went back and waited for 50 minutes for a signed script. Left the clinic at 4. Incompetent service ..."

"Treatment was fine, quick, explained everything. I was to pick up a prescription 1 mile away. I left the clinic at 9:45. Got a phone call at 11:20 to confirm my zip code for the prescription, before it could be sent to the pharmacy. Tried to pick it up, the pharmacy had no record of it. Went back to clinic at 12:30 to get a paper copy. Told the script had mistakenly not be sent. Wouldn’t give us a ..."
