"Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Phone line is frequently unreachable. I left three messages this week before anyone got back to me, and then I was told the doctor would be out until next week. The person, against my wishes, transferred me to a "Nurse's Line" (the same line I left unreturned messages on) and it went to a canned "We're at lunch, goodbye" that did not allow me to leave a message. ..."

"My aunt was a patient of Dr. Merritt for years. Dr. Merritt failed my aunt terribly as a patient. I would not recommend anyone to go here if they are seeing Dr. Merritt."
