"If I could give this office a 0, I would. As a healthcare provider myself, I am appalled at the unethical and fraudulent billing practices of the PA Debbie Quintana. Please go somewhere else if you don’t want surprise bills in the mail. The office must be struggling for money because this has never happened to me and I go yearly for my wellness check."
