"After being a patient at this practice for years I called for an appointment at 8:00 am. I was rudely told that since I had not been seen in three years I was considered a new patient and the practice was not accepting new patients and she hung up. I didn't know medical practices penilized you for being healthy . There was no suggestion of where might go to be seen. I worked in the Philadelphia ..."
