"Why would they ask a patient his race over the phone when setting up his first appointment? Why the rudeness at front check-in when patient arrives a little early than scheduled? Most offices ask you arrive a little early."

"Be prepared to wait and extended amount of time and be treated poorly. After waiting 90 minutes without seeing Dr. Eifler, I was passed to a nurse practitioner, Stacy Karem. She lacked empathy and bedside manner as I voiced my frustration over the wait time. The information shared with me could have been handled with a short phone call. No need to waste my time.
