"the hygienists talk about my children within ear shot of them in a negative way and my daughters heard them on both visits. We will not be back to First Impressions. I can't believe that your employees talk about the people that are there paying for services at all yet alone children and where they can hear them and laugh about them!!!!! My main complaint from the day is that the kids reported to me that the hygienists did not talk with them very much and mostly had conversations between themselves rather than with my children. Further, my kids ages 8 and 10 did not report back to me any hygiene education given to them. In fact, my son told me he was only spoken to twice during the whole cleaning. ..."
