"Our kids never have a problem going here even when they did have a tooth issue,however the staff have also encouraged new ways for kids to take care of their teeth. You don't realize how helpful this really is . It is always a pleasure. Thank you Dr.Ned and staff. from the Hunters"

"the hygienists talk about my children within ear shot of them in a negative way and my daughters heard them on both visits. We will not be back to First Impressions. I can't believe that your employees talk about the people that are there paying for services at all yet alone children and where they can hear them and laugh about them!!!!! If they don't want to work with people and especially children ..."

"This was an unusual visit for my kids. My main complaint from the day is that the kids reported to me that the hygienists did not talk with them very much and mostly had conversations between themselves rather than with my children. Further, my kids ages 8 and 10 did not report back to me any hygiene education given to them. In fact, my son told me he was only spoken to twice during the whole cleaning. ..."
