I was told about an urgent procedure, scheduled on a treatment plan, upon my visit, Doctor recommended me an updated plan with reduced number of visits combining some procedures on the same side of mouth. "They delivered two mouthguards, both of which were extremely low quality (non-refundable), and then ignored my questions about their manufacture. My guess is they lied to me about where they would be made. They also attempted to charge for a service I didn't want or request, and claimed insurance would cover it. I'm actually inclined to think there is a bit of scamming going on. At least that was ..."

"They hygienist i saw was great. However, I didn't appreciate that Dr. Eftehari didnt wear gloves when she did my exam. I also didn't feel like the exam was very thorough - she didn't check my bite or jaw."

"took 3 hours! It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that it could take that long, and perhaps know the minimum to assume. I kind of fell asleep but when the dentist came back in it seemed that perhaps someone was supposed to be doing something and hadn't? I was told by the assistant at one point that the crown would need 25 minutes to heat up, so I added 30 minutes to my meter. Then I came ..."

"The office was nice and the staff very helpful. The prices were outrageous. It has been more than 2 years now since I was instructed to have $3000 worth of dental work there. My current dentist said it was "fluff" so they could make a buck. I have had one cavity filled since I left and was shocked to see the bill they presented me."

"The main thing that annoys me about your office is your practice of requiring my co-payment when I leave after my appt. I've never had this required in any other medical provider's office. Then, when you didn't get it exactly right, you send me a refund check, which I then have to remember to cash. I'm sure that not every one remembers to cash these, and so you make a little extra off of those."

"The assistant was very nice and professional. The whitening procedure was very painful, expensive, and did not produce great results. I much prefer at home whitening. I would not recommend this procedure."

"The person cleaning my teeth was great. Allow me to address my concern and answer my questions. The only thing I would says is that if there is extra service charge for a service, that it need to inform the patient and let them choose if they want the service perform or not before performing the service. Example, the fluoride I received. I thought it was free with my cleaning but then i got bill later. ..."

"Not so good. Temp cap for lower tooth fell out next day. Went in and had it re-placed ....came off the next day.. Trying to re-apply with Vaseline or tooth paste like the asst recommended was not working. No confidence in this place..."

"Had a temporary crown placed. Dr. Eftehari did most of the work, but then an assistant fitted me for the temporary crown and had a really hard time getting it in place. Eventually Dr. E had to come back in to fix the problem. I've had a lot of pain and discomfort since. I'm fairly certain it was not placed properly and am pretty disappointed."

"Interesting you should ask: my appointment was supposedly with Harmony at 10:00. At nearly 10:20 I asked about it and found out it was not with Harmony. This is unusual because she always schedules my appointments, and it was in your office many years ago I was told it was important to stay with the same hygienist. I have been coming to this office for about 40 years and was never treated so disrespectfully. ..."

"My appotinment started 10 minutes late because the cleaning tech "was in a meeting" . . . I book 7am appointments so I can get to work as soon as possible - if you have a meeting, schedule it during non appointment hours. Also, this was my first time seeing the dentist after the change out of ownership - would have been nice to take a few minutes to do introductions and give some context of the change ..."

My only feedback is the hygienist didn't seem to be very organized and seemed distracted... the suction during my cleaning wasn't working well and I was actually kind of a sloppy mess during the entire cleaning.
