"To continue my previous post: they sent my bill to bcbs which was denied because of no info on claim which was needed. The reception person didn't even know I had a copay. When I mentioned this to her she became flustered. She said she would send me a bill Find another Doctor!"

"Ever since Dr Lopez left, this office in Bradenton it has went down hill. They have sent in the wrong prescriptions, or not sent them at all. There is now the second doctor there. He will not give refills on prescriptions for a controlled substance. He wants you to come in every time you need a refill or do a video visit. There is a copay every time. I have been going there for 9 years and never had ..."
