"Far lacking in patient service. After having 2 prior joint replacements with pre op appointments with the actual surgeons to answer my questions...First Coast is more of a 'cattle car' approach. One must attend a 'mandatory' class before surgery, never to meet the surgeon til the procedure. Sure they are able to save precious time + money with group classes vs one on one appts. My 'class' was rescheduled ..."
