"the receptionist fucking sucks here. This morning I made a call to the clinic asking them to fill out a form, it was around 11 am. This person had plenty of time to fill out a simple psal form, I told them I needed it by tomorrow. And guess what, that incompetent sorry excuse for a receptionist didn't fill it out as requested. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even open the email I sent."
