"Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I had an appointment here in Jan. The receptionist informed me that I was to pay for my visit in full as I had not yet met my deductible. That was absolutely wrong. I was to only pay $20 (my co-pay). I left 8 messages as well as my BCBS Rep has left 2 messages for billing. Neither of us EVER received a call back. I have since read other reviews on BCBS from ..."
