"After some issues, we set up an appointment with the manager. My insurance carrier called and advised that that there were no appointments for my wife. When I went by there, I was told that they had cancelled my appointment (without telling me) they weren't taking any new patients. "

"Called 3months ago ask if they were taking new patients ...yes but not untill May fine made the appointment for May 16th at 8:45 Today on May 15 th received call from office confirming my appointment tomorrow then at 3 pm got a call canceling my appointment Sorry not seeing new patients at this time and the person that made the appointment made a mistake but they could give me numbers for their other ..."

"My visits have been fine. The problem I have is the fact that nobody answers the phones there. Today I left a message in the AM and not return call several hours later. I also called and was told to stay on the line and someone would be with me shortly and after 15-20 minutes I went ahead and hung up. Called back several times later in the day and still got the same thing. Eventually it goes to leave ..."
