"I was misdiagnosed then mid-prescribed medication by Dr. DePaz. He diagnosed me with hypothyroidism. I do not have hypothyroidism. The medication, levothyroxine, caused me to seize and lose 100lbs. I had to figure out that I was misdiagnosed because he could not read the thyroid test from Quest. Endocrinologist, Dr. Bassi, abandoned me after she told me I was misdiagnosed.
