"Made an Appointment in Jan 2022 and went in for a physical. They asked me if I'd been around anyone with covid. I answered yes, and they sent me away without doing the physical. I had zero covid symptoms. I had other problems that I wanted to talk about but they just sent me away. They sent me a bill for service, and I refused to pay it because I didn't receive any service.
