"If I need a medication refill it takes at minimum of six phone calls and then an in person visit just to ask what is going on. The office opens and closes whenever they feel like it, not sticking to their office hours. I once went to the pharmacy for my inhaler, and was informed by the pharmacist that i was being put on medication for anemia- NO PHONE CALL from doctor notifying anything was amiss ..."
