"In all honesty. I do not know how this God-forsaken business has gained four stars with good reviews. I am even more surprised that they still have customers with the type of employees they maintain. The secretaries are oblivious. The lady in the billing department is condesending, rude, and is extremely argumentative with horrendous attitude. I have never dealt with such nastieness and unprofessionalism ..."
