"ive never gelt so disrespected in my life as i was by the woman that answers their calls. i called to make and appt. and she asked my name and birthdate. then she went on to lecture me about the fact that i have 'REFUSED TO BE COMPLIANT" in getting my mammogram and colonoscopy test done. I have had 2 heart attacks and also i have been with out a car for 2 years now. which was my only reason for ..."
