"This place has to many patients. The Drs don’t have time to see their patients. Patient services are a mess. I was out of medication for eight days before I could get someone to send insurance company a pre-authorization. This place will ruin a good Drs reputation."

I asked her staff to ask her a question, they returned my call three days later saying, “Dr. Monahan wants you to make an appointment, she’s not sure she has an answer.” REALLY!!!!!!!!!
