"If only the public new the truth of how horrible the staff are treated and how incompetent the administration/ president/ CEO/etc. truly are. It is only going to get worse for the patients as Crouse cannot get or keep staff. The sole focus of CMP is business, they could care less about the patients and staff."

"Doctors are amazing! All staff is wonderful. There is only one staff member (answers phones, names Kathy) who is always very rude. She is honestly the only problem I see with the practice which is why I gave 4 stars.
