"I called and spoke with Angela after my mom, who is their patient, called me inconsolable after talking to her on the phone. I don't care what the root of the issue is, no mental health patient (or any human) should be talked to the way that she talked to my mother. Angela is the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever dealt with. She freely referred to one of their patients (my mom) as a "Hot ..."

"Well had a phone appointment but never received a call. I contacted their office to find out she was not In the office but was told that they would leave her a message. It has been going on 3 weeks now and I still get the same response about leaving her a message or they just let the full mailbox recording pickup. I have PTSD and really bad anxiety and can't get a hold of my Dr."

"No one answers the phone! The voicemail is always full. After several weeks of calling, domeone finally answered the phone. I told her I had been calling for weeks at all different times. And I can't even leave a voicemail. She told me best time to call was in the morning between 93 and 11 I believe.
