"I called and spoke with Angela after my mom, who is their patient, called me inconsolable after talking to her on the phone. I don't care what the root of the issue is, no mental health patient (or any human) should be talked to the way that she talked to my mother. "Well had a phone appointment but never received a call. I contacted their office to find out she was not In the office but was told that they would leave her a message. It has been going on 3 weeks now and I still get the same response about leaving her a message or they just let the full mailbox recording pickup. I have PTSD and really bad anxiety and can't get a hold of my Dr. "

"No one answers the phone! The voicemail is always full. After several weeks of calling, domeone finally answered the phone. I told her I had been calling for weeks at all different times. And I can't even leave a voicemail. She told me best time to call was in the morning between 93 and 11 I believe.
