"Very rude and unprofessional. The never answer the phone. Takes them forever to call back and if you miss the call, good luck. Never ending game of phone tag. I tried to make an appointment for my husband(his work hours are overlapped) and they were very rude. Kept asking why I was making the appointment"

"I would be careful of this office with their lack of knowledge regarding insurance claims and billing. Double check your claims with your insurance provider and billing statements. A 12 minute call that had them hang up on me because they couldn’t answer questions regarding their job. Thankfully, I know my job which is health insurance claims."
