"The office staff and management is HORRIBLE. They Lie about walk-in services after literally being on the phone with them and their staff telling you, you can come in. I took off of work and needed a ride just to get there and the staff was horrible. What doctor? (Nina Anderson) charges you for requires you to see them for everything. We alredya discuss my plan and you want me to waste time and see ..."

"I have been with this office since I was 26, I am now 50. I love the care that I get from my doctor (Dr Pahwah), she knows who I am and she knows my issues as far as my health without having to read. But the office staff is horrible. They lose paperwork, set you up with appointments you didn't make in order to cover up their mistakes. I had my doctor fill out some paperwork. It never got sent ..."
