"Rude staff, don’t return calls"

"I stopped by Family Medical in LEBANON, Tennessee, for an arm injury where I had a decent cut. I was a walk-in and seen pretty fast, treated by some wonderfully nurses (Rachel J and Avery) and doctor Audrey who cleaned my wound, stitched me up nicely and did so with genuine concern and care. You ladies are the best and I love Family Medical!!"

"I have been a patient of Family Medical for a few yrs now.To me , your medical needs / care starts at the front desk . The courteousness received there is AWESOME! One person in particular is Miss Talisa ( hope I got the spelling correctly) Every visit is greeted with a infectious smile . "I have been going to this clinic for a while and Kelly Louvin has been my doctor. She is a great, takes time with you, very patience, caring, listens to you, and helps in any way possible.
