"Had to go here to get paperwork signed by doctor. Can't get it done without having to make an appt.....2 weeks out....TWO WEEKS! Are you kidding me? Absolutely ass backwards place. This place is NOT "Care centered!""

"Horrible patient service, especially for new mothers. They require appointments with "health navigators" in order to get disability started for new mothers. Disability is not retroactive UNTIL the date the paperwork is completed by the "health navigator" and submitted to Fresno then on to Sacramento for approval. In the meantime, Mother's are not receiving any monetary form of Diability payments. ..."
