"DISTRESSFUL. INTOLERABLE. ACCUSED ME OF LYING. TOLD I TALKED WITH A WORKER ABOUT AN APPT CHANGE 2 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL WHEN I DID NOT. Came in for a scheduled appt. Told I was called and spoke with. I had no calls and spoke with no one that day. Only many calls, texts and emails for time I arrived. OFFICE MANAGER LISA came to discuss what could be done. Was told over and over (4 times by my count) ..."
