"25 yr patient of Dr. Pitzeketti. Was labeled a new patient and denied a visit because I saw a RN last year since he was busy. Since it was 2 yrs since a visit I was told I'm a "new patient" and he's not accepting new patients. No notice, no nothing, won't refill meds... go somewhere else."
