"Awful "

"Checked in for routine blood work at 10:05 for a 10:15 appointment. Sat till 10:45 and asked what the hold up was. I was told I didn't check in. Front staff is lazy and don't care. Too busy doing nothing. Staff also Rude. As I left, one shouted sarcastically, "Have a Nice Day!" Typical crap attitude and customer service that has become standard these days. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend them ..."

"The billing clerk, in addition to looking unkempt & like she hadn't bathed in a week, is extremely rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. She announced to the entire office & other patients in the waiting area that I could not be seen without paying on a past due balance that I never received a bill for.
