"I particularly appreciate the time John Iverson takes to make sure my concerns and questions are addressed. It sometimes means he is late getting into the exam room, because he treats all his patients with the same respect, but I would rather he be late because he is being attentive rather than be on time and leave people with unanswered questions. I've had that too, and it wasn't a good experience. ..."

"If your looking for constantly calling your treating physicians office aka FNP Office ( not licensed Doctor just FNPs!!) Then this is your office!! They have never received or requested my elderly mom's medical records or let us know they haven't had them the whole time they have been treating her!!
