"The Dentists are very professional, they take their time to explain their work and make sure you will be satisfied with their work. Front Desk representatives are very polite, very professional they do know what it is customer service and they very pleasant NOT like other places I have been.....all my family are patients...."

"The front of the office is rude they call over the phone to confirm appointment an call you by the wrong name then catch attitude when you correct them and the Spanish office manager even tried to get in my face and loud talk me in front of my child"

"I love them! I consider myself a moderate to high maintenance patient. I get pretty nervous at the dentist and tend to also gag a lot. I love their calming & distraction techniques. I suddenly had three dental issues nearly at once a crown fell off (tooth needed some work and a new crown), a bridge became loose (he was able to remove and re-secure same bridge) and I need a front tooth root canal ..."

"When I visited this Dental office it was called Family Dental Group. Name changes often. At the time of my visit this dental office was forfeited by the SDAT. Poor work and you must read the contract well before signing. You may end up paying for same repeat procedure. Not recommended. Be warned."

"Everyone in the office was very polite and my dentist was friendly. As others have mentioned, it appears that they do book multiple appointments at the same time. The wait time on my first visit was frustratingly long (almost 40 minutes) but the 2nd time was only about 5 minutes. However halfway through my second appointment, the dentist had to take 10 or 15 minutes to do an examination for another ..."

"go... and wait... and wait... they bring 5 people at the same time, every one has an appointment at the same time .and any thing you have needs root canal ?????????? lier !!!!!!!!!!!!!! gum irritation needs root canal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my god .........do not go there"
