"My mom is a patient of Dr Ramos and thinks highly of him… However, the staff is terrible. Referrals take too long (she waited months for a cardiologist/pulmonologist even though he detected an arrhythmia!) We dropped off a cataract surgery clearance form on Monday and we still don’t have it back. As I type this review, I have been on hold for over seventy minutes to simply ask for a status on the ..."
