"I was a patient of Dr. Underwood (15 years) until he retired in 2020, He was excellent primary care physician, Not a fan of Dr, Green but the worst is Rebekka Ward PA. I am 60* years old and never write reviews unless they are positive but in this case I am making an exception. I have requested my medical records and have made appointment with another provider,"

"This location needs some serious attention. I have been seeing Dr. Green for 4 years now, and i cant even get scheduled for an appointment, and when i do, they call me to cancel it, per Dr.Greens request. Or you have to wait 3-4 weeks to get in because he's "overbooked". How do you expect patients to wait that long?
