"Had gone to this practice for over 40 years. My entire family went to this practice and was under the care of Dr. Croci. However, he retired and we were shuffled to a physician's assistant, Jocelyn Bratt. Over the years, my health took a turn, and I asked to be seen by an actual physician. Instead of being referred to a physician, I received a letter "firing" me from the practice for "lack of ..."
