"What's wrong with My Chart?? I still don't see current records of an ER visit I had at an ER back in July 23.' The ER was thorough in giving me a paper record of the several procedures and consults done at the ER including ER MD. I presented my driver's license and the complete record of this visit to my M Health clinic in Blaine. I was assured this would be put into My Chart. It's been weeks ..."
