"One of the physicians here was found guilty of animal abuse against his own pet dog. "Cooper, an English Mastiff, had a “mutilated” right eye and wet, fresh blood coming from it." Dr Joseph J. Stubbers shot the dog and hit him in the head with a hammer. What kind of evil beast could do that? And why is Fairfield Primary Care still allowing him to see patients? Disgusting place."
