" I am Dr Pham patient, he is just nonexperience arrogant, cold and impatient. He listened and responded to my concerns very poorly and was oblivious to discomfort caused by the exam itself. Probably the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered and did unnecessary eye exam after being diagnosed for the existing eye issue, just because of charging extra without any explanation, the worst irresponsible ..."
