"I was scheduled to see Dr. Maw for cataract surgery. I arrived right on time, had my eyes dilated and proceeded to wait for over two hours. When Dr. Maw came into the exam room - just as I was preparing to leave - I politely and professionally asked why I was made to wait such an excessive time. His "holier-than-thou" attitude popped right out; he immediately told me he would not be doing my surgery-that ..."
