"I saw Graftan for an eye exam She was excellent I feelnI had a thorough complete exam she answered my questions and advised treatment needed. Gave me a new prescription for glasses. Went downstairs picked out a pair of glasses and sunglasses The person who helped me select frames was so patient with what would look good on me and if I liked them."

"I have to give a big shout out to Alyssa for going above and beyond to schedule my appointment. I had to cancel and reschedule several appointments due to illness and unexpected travel plans. Instead of just telling me to keep calling back to check for cancellations, she actually called me when a cancelation came in. Dr. Hertzog is great but that doesn’t do me any good if I can’t get in to see him ..."

"My experience was terrible After several appointments rescheduled at Eye Physicians request, finally arrived for the appointment Waited almost an hour in a crowded waiting room, no one could tell me how much longer the wait would be I had another commitment and left, no one offered an apology of any kind, guess just SOP Will not be rescheduling "
