"Terrible service from the new owner who prescribed the wrong contact lenses. He proceeded to prescribe the “exact same lenses” I was previously wearing with a better contact. He neglected to check what I previously wore and didn’t know they were bifocal. A doctor is responsible to know his patients record when he performs an exam. And not skip the reading exam portion. "
