"Dr. Bansagi is great. But his staff drags him down. They are rude and they cheat on appointments. They change appointments to make it look like they're meeting on-time requirements and don't notify the patient of the change. The result is you get to wait an extra 30 minutes. What's worse is you bring it up to them and they really don't care. One of their technicians told me it wasn't her fault or ..."
